Payment Options
Purchases made on our online store are processed through PayPal. The following payment types are accepted:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
For your protection, all credit card information is encrypted on PayPal's servers to guarantee confidentiality. None of the information pertaining to your credit card is seen or saved by our servers.
Shipping and Handling Rates - For Canada and the Continental US
To make sure that orders get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or a contact number with your order.
Our shipping and handling rates for Canada and the Continental US are based on the number of units ordered as detailed below:
- 1 unit: $6.00 USD Shipping & Handling
- 2 units: $10.00 USD Shipping & Handling
- 3 units and up: $15.00 USD Shipping & Handling
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other international orders - please contact us for shipping options and rates.
Shipping is by ground transportation unless otherwise noted.
Pricing
All prices are in US and CAN dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices do not include taxes or shipping and handling fees. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made.
Taxes
For Orders Shipped Within Canada
The table below lists tax rates according to shipping destinations within Canada. Taxes are applied on the total of the order, including shipping and handling charges. Please note that GST (Good and Service Tax) is charged to all customers in Canada, HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) to applicable Provinces and Territories, and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) to orders shipped within Quebec.

Please Note
The 13.925% tax will be applied to orders from Quebec, it correctly calculate the GST 5% and then PST 8.5% ; the total will be the same. Unfortunately, there's no way to split these into two taxes because the Processing Payment System don't have compound tax functionality.
For International Orders
For International orders, the buyer may be responsible for payment of duties or other import taxes applicable to the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate what they would be as they differ for each country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in good condition. Product can not be returned if it has been damaged, burned, or physical altered by the user. Product must be returned only if it has been used following the packages instructions.
The customer pays for return shipping, including payment of duties or other import taxes applicable to the return. Refund will be for the price of the item (s) excluding shipping and handling.
